GOOD PLANNING PAYS
Securing your best future requires planning ahead, exploring your options, making your own decisions and moving while you are active and able.

“Roger and I decided that we wanted to be in charge of our changes. We wanted to be in charge of our choices rather than waiting to long and then our children having to make the choices for us.” – Irietys Burrows, resident of The Fountains at The Carlotta

START PLANNING TODAY
Planning where you’re going to enjoy your next chapters is one of the most important tasks ahead of you and doing it right takes time. You may be running marathons or playing five rounds of golf every week, but you’ll still benefit from making a plan to secure your best future. Even if you’re not ready to move for another five years, it pays to begin the discovery process as early as you can. Join us for a Discovery Luncheon and we’ll give you a great head start. “We just said, ‘We can’t live in this three-level home when we’re in our 90s.’ And we were moving into our 80s and so we said, ‘Well, we need to move, we need to look for some other place.’” – Roger Burrows, resident of The Fountains at The Carlotta

MAYBE IT WAS THE ROSES
Roger and Irietys spent an entire year searching for the right retirement community. It had to be affordable and they also wanted three levels of care, outdoor living spaces and a collegial atmosphere. They moved into their spacious Fountains casita three summers ago and haven’t looked back. It has everything they were looking for and more. “We walked in and we looked out on this beautiful rose garden and we just were, ‘Oh my goodness.’ It really expands the casita. It almost seems like it’s mine. So we have this beautiful rose garden that we overlook and of course everything is on one level.” – Irietys Burrows

NO MORE ‘WHAT IF’S’
The Burrows’ daughters are thrilled that their parents took the reins and made their own decisions about their future. Now they’re not only enjoying life within an engaging community of friends, but their present desires and future needs are accounted for and nobody has to worry about tomorrow’s unknowns. “They have the three levels of care. We don’t know what’s before us. Right now my husband and I are both very healthy but we don’t know what’s before us. We wanted to have that availability”. – Irietys Burrows
