    The Carlotta Care group took a bus trip and traveled a short distance to The Learning Tree Elementary School to engage in story time with the children. The resident readers brought along their favorite books. They also brought along milk and freshly baked cookies to serve, compliments of our chef.

La Quinta Museum

Our residents enjoyed an afternoon out to the La Quinta Museum. The museum's current exhibits are Heartbreak in Peanuts and LOL: History of Humor. After the tour of the museum the residents went to Old Town La Quinta to enjoy a cool treat from Nitrogen Ice Cream Shop.

Dinner and a Show with Lee Hartley

The residents enjoyed a great night of music and a wonderfully prepared meal. This simple but lovely affair was by RSVP only. Lee Hartley and her band are well known here in the Coachella Valley. By the end of the night they had everyone singing along to all the classic songs.
