There were many lucky winners of our Maiden Voyage. They were the first to embark on our new Transportation Bus. Residents enjoyed a extraordinary lunch in the park with Aaron, our Director of Dinning Services, and Becky, our Executive Chef. Lunch consisted of Lamb Chops, grilled Salmon, Asparagus and Mediterranean Couscous and Chocolate dipped Strawberries.

Our residents enjoyed a nice afternoon at one of our local breweries. The Coachella Valley Brewing Co. has a great tasting room and the residents were given a tour of the brewery. Our chef prepared a nice variety of appetizers that paired well with the crafted beer.
